Abstract

Considering serious environment problems and energy dilemma, the importance of electric vehicles (EVs) has attracted more and more attention. However, how to cope with large scale EVs and efficiently manage them when charging have also been a big challenge. At the same time, the architecture of internet of smart charging points (ISCP) has great potential to achieve distributed energy management towards EVs and supply foundation to implement vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) charging mechanism. For more flexible and valuable trade, a V2V charging mechanism based on bargain model is applied in this unique framework. To verify the validity of this mechanism, case studies are conducted for 153 EVs in the whole day. We finds that the total payoff is - 687.1182¥in the case of normal charging mechanism, -36.2091 Yin the case of V2V buyer-first charging mechanism and - 36.5998¥in the case of V2V seller-first charging mechanism. The results indicate that the novel V2V charging mechanism can alleviate the grid load, protect privacy of consumers and bring economic payoff to consumers.
