个人简介

学术简介

刘子顺博士现任西安交通大学教授，陕西省三秦特聘教授，西安交通大学国际应用力学中心执行主任，西安交通大学航天航空学院学术委员会主任。新加坡国立大学(NUS)兼职教授。刘子顺博士在西安交通大学分别获应用力学专业学士学位和固体力学专业硕士学位；在新加坡国立大学分别获固体力学专业硕士和博士学位。

       工作经历：1986年3月至1994年8月历任西安交通大学助教, 讲师, 副教授。1994年8月至1996年3月历任新加坡国立大学研究学者, 研究助理 。1997年4月至1999年5月在新加坡特许工业任工程师。1999年5月至2012年7月历任新加坡高性能计算研究院 (IHPC-A*STAR) 高级研究工程师(Senior Research Engineer), 研究科学家(Research Scientist)，高级科学家 (Senior Scientist)。2005年4月至2012年7月担任IHPC固体力学研究部门副主任,工程力学研究部门主任，软物质研究部门主任。作为访问科学家分别在2005年在德国马克斯普朗克金属研究所、2006年和2008年在英国格拉斯哥大学做研究工作。

       主要研究方向：软物质力学；计算力学；纳米力学。已在国际期刊杂志发表论文200余篇，其中发表在Int. J. of Solids and Structures 上的论文被评为”IJSS 2005-2008 年引用率最高作者奖”，近年来在力学主流期刊上发表多篇ESI论文及热点论文。作为课题负责人完成科研项目百余项：2010年所负责完成的科研项目得到新加坡科技研究局高性能计算研究院的最佳项目奖；2013年获“Tin Ka Ping Foundation Award 田家炳教育基金奖”；2018年获英国皇家学会“Newton Mobility Grant award”奖。

        刘子顺博士现担任多个国际杂志的主编及编委，例如Int. Journal of Applied Mechanics和Int. Journal of Computational Materials Science and Engineering 的主编；材料与结构力学学报(JOMMS) Editor；Journal of Applied and Computational Mechanics的副主编；多个SCI期刊编(IJCM,IJSSD,AMS,AMSS,MSE,CSM,CJAM等)。现任国际应用力学学会秘书长（注册主席）,新加坡计算力学学会荣誉主席。国际应用力学学会会士、国际先进材料学会会士、新加坡计算力学学会会士。国际计算力学学会会员(IACM)理事；亚洲太平洋区计算力学学会理事；新加坡材料学会理事；新加坡理论与应用力学学会理事；国际材料学会会员(IUMR)。

       作为大会主席组织举办了多个国际会议。例如，2013年亚太第五届计算力学大会组委会主席；应用力学前沿系列国际会议组委会主席（ISFAM2014; ISFAM2015; ISFAM2016; ISFAM2018; ICFAM2020; ICFAM2022）,作为分委员会主席组织举办了国际会议的Symposium（ASME2009; WCCM2016; WCCM2018; WCCM2020; WCCM2022; ICMAT 2007; ICMAT 2009;  IUMRS-ICA 2009; ICMAT2011。多次受邀在美国、英国、日本、加拿大、新加坡、中国、捷克、俄罗斯、法国等国的大学及研究机构做特邀学术报告。

March 1986 - August 1994: He has been a teaching assistant, lecturer and associate professor at Xi 'an Jiaotong University
August 1994 - March 1996: He has been a research scholar and research assistant at the National University of Singapore
April 1997 - May 1999: Senior Research Engineer, Research Scientist, Senior Scientist, IHPC (A*STAR), Singapore
April 2005 - July 2012: He is the Deputy Director of the Solid Mechanics Research Department, the Director of the Engineering Mechanics Research Department and the Director of the Soft Matter Research Department at IHPC

He worked as a visiting scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Metal Research in Germany in 2005 and at the University of Glasgow in the UK in 2006 and 2008.
