摘要

Electric air conditioner system with on-board charger for PHEV is presented in this paper. In this system, a novel SRM converter topology which integrated driving and charging function is proposed. Compared to independent system, the proposed system cuts off a lot of electronic components, and reduces the cost and the volume in the vehicle. The proposed system has two operation modes: driving mode and charging mode. In driving mode, the proposed SRM converter operates as an asymmetric converter. In charging mode, all phase winding are used as stored energy components, and the proposed converter operates as buck-boost converter to satisfy the charging characteristic and power quality requirement. A control method of buck-boost converter is introduced. Due to the sine-wave current flows in the phase winding, the magnetic field and torque is analyzed by FEM. A hysteresis control scheme of proposed converter is introduced. Some simulation results are done to verify the performance of proposed converter.
